Service availability
The collection may be available to browse while ordering is closed. Ordering, payment methods, and delivery depend on the availability shown in the store. A product listing alone does not mean it is available to buy or has a confirmed delivery time.
Products, quantities, and prices
Check the description, sale unit, quantity, and total before confirming. Applicable tax, delivery charges, and any other costs are explained before you complete the order. If pricing or availability changes before confirmation, you will be asked to review the order again.
We do not substitute products or increase the amount without your agreement. Natural produce can vary in shape and colour within its description; that does not justify an incorrect product, a short quantity, or defective produce.
Your account and order
Provide accurate details and order for your business only if authorised to do so. Your account lets you follow linked orders, save addresses, and submit service requests. Keep sign-in details and private order-tracking links between you and people you authorise.
Review the summary before selecting Place order or Continue to payment: this step creates an order on the displayed price and terms. An order number confirms that the order was recorded; it does not establish successful payment or completed delivery. Confirmation, preparation, and payment statuses are shown separately.
Payments and invoices
Use a payment method available for your order. When online payment is enabled, enter card details only in the payment gateway form and never send them to customer service. If a payment is awaiting verification, check its status before starting another attempt.
Sales documents are issued according to the business’s status and applicable issuance requirements. An invoice draft or quotation is not an issued tax invoice, and a credit note alone does not mean money has reached your account.
Business orders and customer rights
Specific supply arrangements, such as quantities and delivery schedules, may be agreed and documented for a business order. Selling to restaurants or shops does not in itself exclude applicable statutory rights.
Read these terms alongside the delivery and cancellations and returns policies. They do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or require you to give up the right to complain.
Changes to these terms
We display the policies’ update date. Changes apply to later orders and do not retrospectively reduce the terms of an existing order or your statutory rights.
