Areas and charges
Delivery eligibility depends on your address, map location, and the areas available in the store. The area’s minimum order, delivery charge, and total appear before confirmation. A listed city or district does not mean every address within it is covered.
An agreed delivery time
Delivery follows the time agreed for your order. A product listing is not a promise of immediate delivery. We will tell you about expected delays or difficulties that materially affect delivery and coordinate the next step.
If delivery is delayed, contact us to request a remedy or cancellation in line with your statutory rights and the agreed delivery time. The law’s fifteen-day provision is not our normal delivery schedule for fresh produce or a general requirement to wait before reporting a delay.
Before we arrive
Check your address and contact number, and arrange for someone to receive the order for your business. If delivery cannot be completed, we will discuss whether rescheduling is possible, taking the condition of the produce into account. We will not impose new charges that have not been explained and agreed.
On arrival
Where possible, check the products, quantities, and packaging at delivery and tell us about any issue. Acknowledging receipt does not remove your right to report a defect that was not apparent then. Follow the storage instructions provided for the produce, and see our cancellations and returns policy if something is wrong.
